Myma Adwowa Belo-Osagie
Dr Belo-Osagie is a member of the New York, Ghana and Nigeria Bars. Dr Belo-Osagie is a practicing attorney and the former managing partner in Udo, Udoma & Belo-Osagie, a leading Nigerian corporate law firm. Dr Belo-Osagie is a director of FSDH Merchant Bank Limited, Boston Investments Limited and several other African companies including Boston Investments Limited, African Fabrics BV and Ghana Airport City Development Limited. Dr. Belo-Osagie graduated from the University of Ghana with a LLB degree. Dr Belo-Osagie obtained a LLM degree and a SJD degree from Harvard Law School.
Christopher John Agar
Mr. Agar is an executive director of Laxey Partners (UK) Limited. Laxey Partners is a regulated hedge fund specialising in global discount arbitrage strategies and special situations. Mr. Agarâ€™s career began when he joined de Zoete and Bevan in 1981 specialising in Research and Sales of Investment Trusts. De Zoeteâ€™s merged into BZW Ltd where he served as a director before moving to UBS Limited in 1992. Mr. Agar held various positions at UBS Limited: executive director of Closed End Funds, Head of Sales, Research and IT prior to leaving in 2005. Mr. Agar is also currently a director of the Care Company (SE) Limited and Swift Argent Limited, a non-executive director of LPL UK 1 â€“ 100 Ltd, and a partner in Spring Farm Partnership, a farming and livestock company.
Dr. Mansharamani is a lecturer at Yale University, where he teaches classes on business ethics and financial markets and a Senior Fellow at the Mossavar-Rahmani Center For Business & Government at the Harvard Kennedy School. Previously, Dr. Mansharamani was a managing director at SDK Capital LLC and also held positions at Great Hill Equity Partners, Merrill Lynch & Co. and Booz Allen & Hamilton. Dr. Mansharamani is currently the President of Kelan Advisors LLC and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Torit School, Inc. Dr. Mansharamani holds a PhD from the MIT Sloan School of Management, a MSc in security studies from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BA degree in Ethics, Politics and Economics from Yale University.
Peter Benedikt Mombaur
Mr. Mombaur is co-Managing Director of Tana Africa Capital, an African-focused investment company which aims to create long-term value by investing into fast-moving consumer goods, agriculture, retail and education in the African region and retailer Promasidor (Nigeria). Mr. Mombaurâ€™s career began when he joined Germany utility company RWE Group in 1995 before moving to McKinsey & Company in 1998 to work on business development projects in both Europe and Africa. Mr. Mombaur has diplomas in Economics and Mechanical Engineering from Universitaet Bayreuth and RWTH Aechen respectively and a degree in Law from Fern-Universitaet Hagen. Mr. Mombaur is co-founder of the African Leadership Academy, Johannesburg and co-founder and chairman of Terra Education.
Shingayi Stanley Mutasa
Mr. Mutasa is the CEO of Masawara PLC, an investment company focused on acquiring interests in companies and projects based in Zimbabwe and the southern Africa region. Mr Mutasa was previously the chairman of TA Holdings, a Zimbabwean stock-exchange listed company with insurance, insurance brokerage, hotels, and fertilizer operations. Mr. Mutasa graduated from the University of London with a BA degree in Economics.
